Digital Packaging
Personalisation
Digital printing enables personalised packaging to an individual audience so that every pack is unique. This opens up a new direction in the possibilities for packaging where images, text or whole content can be adjusted for individuals. We can even help setup online portals to help the end customer customise their packaging. Reward packs or gift packs can achieve a high value from this bespoke service.
Your packaging can also be versioned to better target groups or geographies with specific content and offers relevent to that group. This means the same packaging can be used for different products as well as the actual print so that savings can be made where different artworks are used on the same production run.
Security features and codes can also be incorporated with digital printing so that offers can be limited through unique codes and vouchers but also so that brand integrity is preserved and the supply chain can be verified.
Short Run
With lower start-up costs digital print makes it possible to provide full colour prototypes for testing your carton design concepts and levels of acceptance.
We produce short run VIP packs for promoting new products and pitches where run lengths can be in single figures as well as runs of 100+ for start-ups and limited edition products. Our digital printing machinery is capable of printing in CMYK and UV inks for metallic, kraft and vibrancy on uncoated boards.
Printed samples and pitch PRESENTERS
Our digital machinery is capable of printing to the same format as our production presse including UV print which makes it possible to produce early samples of the packaging on the same material and produced to the same specification as the larger production run. When trying to pitch to buyers or internally for stakeholders this can be a powerful way to demonstrate the concept.
