High Hygiene Production

All our packaging is produced within a high hygiene environment suitable for food packaging. We can also use low migration food grade inks and food-safe packaging boards as well as grease-resistant coatings. This ensures that the risk of contamination is minimised and our quality control enforces strict adherence to BRC guidelines for food packaging manufacturing.

Food packaging covers a wide range of products from primary packaging in direct contact with food, to secondary outer packaging for on shelf and takeaway packaging. Food packaging can also require consideration of the temperature and environment with options for ovenable boards capable of withstanding high temperatures to the other end of the spectrum with refrigerator or freezer grade boards.

Confectionary

Whether its single chocolate bar cartons, selection boxes or gift boxes we can produce a whole range or premium confectionery packaging. With our UV printing presses we can print on metallic boards for luxury metallic effects or maintain high colour vibrancy on textured uncoated or kraft materials. In addition to the print we can apply a selection of varnishes and finishes to make the packs stand out.

It is common with confectionary to have multiple variations of a product for flavours or markets. We can help optimise production for different SKUs and quantities as well as coordinate packing and logistics to help with your supply chain.

Bake Off!

We are BRC accredited so are experts in food packaging. This was a pack for summer which scooped two Stork packs inside a fitment in a baking tray and featured a cake recipe on the wrap. Looked great on shelf to push sales, and of course, used food-grade board and low migration inks.

Shelf Ready Dispensers

Supply Chain efficiency is essential for maximising margins and packaging plays a key role. Packaging is often the first purchasing influencer on a customer, not only the primary packaging but also the way it is displayed for the customer in store.

Shelf ready dispensers save valuable time and cost putting your products in front of customers but also provides a great opportunity to promote your products at the point of purchase.

subscription mailing packs

Subscription services have grown over the last few years with products ranging from snacks, beauty, pet and cooking products. Also suitable for ecommerce packaging these mailer boxes can have different artwork on each production run to promote new messaging and can double up as a return mailer to reduce packaging waste.

Kraft board mailing packs provide a durable solution for sending items in the post and can be more forgiving for scuffs and bumps. Our standard subscription packs are designed to be kept on desks and used over again once opened.
